Am Nauseous. Can't Eat. Don't Smoke. Have A Sensitive Skin On Thigh. Is Hurting. Feels A Bad Bruise. Treatment?

I've been nauseous for three days. I can't eat anything because one bite makes me even more nauseous. My period ended two days ago, I drink plenty of water and fluids, I've spent time resting, I don't smoke or drink alcohol... I've also had very sensitive tender skin on my left thigh for three days, if I touch it lightly it hurts, feels like a bad bruise, but there is no discoloration and I did not injure it.

Hi!
Welcome to HCM!
Loss of appetite and nausea do occur in some, during and before periods.this is due to hormonal changes in body.
your skin is tender on your left thigh you can apply some local pain releiving ointment, this will subside doesnot seem to be pathological.seems to be due to mild local irritation or muscle spasm as occurs in too much walking or exercising!
take care!
