Anemic, Legs And Arms Feeling Numb. Possible Reason?

I m 15, female with anemia but no other health problems. I woke up this morning with no feeling in my legs and arms that i fell down twice getting out of my bed. This has happened once before with my right arm where i woke up with no feeling and i couldnt get it to move where i wanted to move but after awhile i got it to move. I ve thought that it was just my arms and legs falling asleep but then for some reason i didnt wake up right when this happened and in earlier months and years i would wake up if anything fell asleep but this time my alarm clock woke me up. i wish to know if i should go to my doctor.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello. Welcome to hcm
Many times, when we sleep,it wont be in proper way. So when we are sleep, the blood supply to nerves decreases and they stop functioning for a while. After we get up and blood supply again resumes, slowly nerves get blood and we function normally. I advice you to see if you have any of these symptoms,if yes,you need to see doctor.
1. power in arms decreasing slowly over period of days
2. headache, vomiting, dizziness, blurring of vision
3. family history of nerve disorders
But, if this continues, its better to get complete check up done once
All the best
