Major OM in the middle 50% Lesion RCA: Dminant. Mid RCA Mild Luminal Irregularity PDA Origin Eccentric Plaque LV Angio: Not done Normal LV Function by Echo Impression: CAD-Double Vssel Disease Normal LV Func
Surgery or intervention is generally done for blocks of 70% or more / In less severe places, Thallium stress or Fractional Flow rsereve is done to assess the need... / In diffuse distal disease the procedure may not be echnically feasible In an individual case, one has to examine the patient and review the angiogram personally for definite conclusions / your father may only need aggressive medical treatment / Discuss with your doctor...
