Hi Doc..actually i have did angiogram test for my father who s arnd 65 yrs and weighs arnd 95kgs. Doctor said that ther e r two vessels got blocked and need to do angioplasty for the same ..Can u tell me how much approximately we this operation costs in some good hospitals like Appollo or care etc in Hyderabad.. Once we have done this operation,this wont have any future side effects and risks involved at this age...if proper medication is taken ..
hi;
kindly ask the cardiologist regarding charges at Appollo hospital.Angioplasty will make him better .if he takes proper medicine re-blockage chances will be less but it can occur in some other artery.Regarding the risk involved your CARDIOLOGIST will give you better answer as he knows your fathers general condition better.
thanks
Thanks doc for your inputs reg the same.I have heard from Doctor that percentage of blockage in two of vessels are around 70-80%.So actually we can do this Angioplasty operation after some 1-2 months if proper medication has been taken as given by the Doc and following some good Healthy diet,mean while ...Please specify the criticality in this case and my dad is not a Smoker and Drinker and he is Pure-Vegitarain also ...
