Any Correlation Between Opium Abuse And Skin Problems?
Hi, My name is Krista Andes. I am a recovering addict. My drug of choice was oxycoton. I was a daily user for almost 2 years. Then when i decided to get help turned to suboxone treatment to assist in my recovery, I was wondering if you know of any correlation between opiate abuse and skin problems, such as acne, prickly heat, boils, skin scarring, ect?
I am greatful to inform you that opiods itself doesnot cause major skin problems like acne or scarring , I am sure that you are prescribed proper dosage of drug eg.suboxone 2mg , or under physician guidance can reduce dosage if you found acne occured after taking prescribed drug. also acne can occur due to blockage of pores so dont forget to keep face fresh without oily skin. Hope i provided some useful information.
