Hello doctor , my semino report is under mentioned. Pls tell me is it ok or any defficiency.

Total sperm count- 88 mil./ml
Actively Motile - 60 %
Sluggishly motile - 25 %
Non motile- 15 %

Tail - 02 %
Immature forms - occasional
Pus cells - 2-3/hpf
RBC - Absent
Epithelial cells- 6-7/hpf
Autiagglutination - Absent

The report is normal except for the volume.
The normal volume is 2-3 ml.

The days of abstinence which you had before taking the test sample affects the volume. That may be the reason for the volume deficiency.

I'd need more clinical details and history to correlate with.

I have gone through your report.

The report is absolutely normal : the count is within normal range, as well as, majority (60%) of them are mobile. There is no infection.

HENCE, THE REPORT IS PERFECTLY NORMAL.
