Any Herbal Tea To Balance Thyroid Hormones When Having Hypothyroidism?

Hi,
I am hypothyroidism. I don't like to take chemical medicine because they have a lot of side effects. I got a herbal tea online for balancing the thyroid hormones and i'd like to know how i can find out that it works for me or it doesn't work. Do i have to do blood test for knowing the result?
Thank you

Hello
Good day.
Please buy the online herbal tea carefully. You never know about the quality. The only way to know if your hormone levels are getting okay is by doing blood tests. You should do a Free T4 and TSH approximately 6 weeks later and compare with the initial report. Besides, if your hormone levels are improving, you may feel better as well
