Hello!

My name is Dr. Aida and I am glad to attend you on Healthcaremagic!

Considering your clinical situation, I would recommend having bed rest and avoiding sitting or standing up position. Regarding the pain, I would recommend taking a combination of ibuprofen and acetaminophen, coupled with a muscle relaxant (Flexeril).
Physiotherapy can help against the pain.
If the pain persists, an opiod could be needed.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Best regards!
