Any Permanent Treatment For Sinus? Using Otrivin Nasal Spray. Have Pain At Right Eye, Headache

hello, doctor
i want to ask u that as i have been suffering from sinus so is there any permanent treatment for this or not?
i have been using otrivin nasal spray for opening my nostrils but that just last for 3-4 hours and again i have to use that for the same. i feel headache and felt pain at right eye too yesterday. i have much problem. dont knwo but must b coz of this, i feel feverish most of the time. i sick of this problem and want to get rid of this. advise me what to do?

The sinus problem or sinusitis is generally due to blockage of the sinus and then infection in sinus.The acute form is treated by using decongestants and antibiotics, but the chronic form requires some endoscopic sinus surgery to open the blocked sinus and help in the drainage of sinus.
