Any Precautions To Be Taken For Conception?
Trying to get pregnant from last 3-4 months. Having intercourse during the fertile time but no luck. My partner and i didn t had any problem so far during intercourse. Any advise on precautions i should take after intercourse like keep lying down for 10 mins etc. I do feel leakage and so prefer to clean myself after intercourse, is that an issue for i am not able to conceive.

It may take at least 6 months in the majority of cases for natural conception to occur. It is advisable to lie down flat for at least 30 minutes after intercourse if you have an anteverted uterus (which you can know when your gynecologist does a pelvic examination or through ultrasound), or in the prone position if you have a retroverted uterus. Do not clean yourself with strong solutions after the intercourse as this may damage the sperms deposited. Wish you good luck.
