Any Suggestion For Child Suffering From Fever And Double Vision?

My grandson is 5 years old and was running a low grade temp yesterday (101 - 102). During the day today his temp was controlled with Tylenol and ran about 99 - 100. Tonight it is 105 and told his mom he is seeing two of her. What do you think...an ER visit?

It is viral fever. this at times effect ocular muscle. Let fever subside it should be alright.Hydration of child be corrected. if does not improve then consult pediatrician.
