Any Suggestion For Contractions, Abdominal Cramps And Back Pain During Pregnancy?

Hello. I am 33 weeks pregnant and have been having what i feel like are contractions. Cramps in abdomen and back pain. Though they are not unbearable they are painful. My doctor will not check to see if they are contractions because i am not dialated. The pains in the back are getting worse. Any ideas for comfort?

hI. I hope you are not having any gut infection alongwith which is causing you trouble. But the worrisome thing that this not preterm labour has already been checked by your dr. So, you can take some antispasmodic along with some uterine relaxant and rest in left lateral position. Also take a light meal and you may apply some anti inflammatory gel at the back.Thanks.
