Any Suggestion For Having Cholesterol 215mg/dl, Hdl 115mg/dl, Triglycerides Level 35mg/dl?

Hello, I m 28 years (female)I have a healthy diet and I practice exercise 5 days/week. I just got my blood test results and my cholesterol level is 215mg/dl !! On the other hand my HDL level is 115mg/dl and my triglycerides level is 35mg/dl.. is this any good??!
