Hello, thanks for posting your concern in HCM. I would like you to know that your lipid profile report shows you have dyslipidemia and the liver enzymes are also elevated. Your LDLc (the so called bad cholesterol) needs definite attention. You have not mentioned your age, height, weight, and whether you have any non-communicable disease (e.g. diabetes, hypertension, heart problem etc.) or any pre-existing dyslipidemia. You haven't also mentioned whether you are on any regular medication. If you don't have any known morbidity or medical problem, and this is your first test, you need to modify your diet and lifestyle. First, you need to restrict your calories, avoid oil/fat containing diet, avoid extra salt consumption, restrict refined carbohydrates, empty calories including spices and soft drinks. Have exercise for 30 min./day or brisk walking. Repeat your lipid profile after a month. If the reports remain abnormal, you shall be prescribed medications.
Now, regarding your liver enzymes, USG upper abdomen is needed alongwith a complete liver function test report to rule out any liver pathology. However, it may be only fatty liver disease. But, you need to be sure that it's not hepatitis or a serious condition like this.
Furthermore, you should check your fasting plasma glucose level and serum TSH level too.
Avoid any form of tobacco and alcohol.
Best wishes. Dr. Kaushik
