Any Suggestion For Having Dry Itchy Skin On Corners Of Mouth?

My 9 year old has dry very itchy skin on the corners of her mouth. We have seen a dermatologist twice. Used hydrocortisone aqua fora but it is not getting better. I'm looking for some other suggestions to try and elevate her discomfort and constant itching.
