Any Suggestion For Having Terrible Pain In Ear, Throat And Tonsils?
Hello. I have a terrible ear pain that goes down my throat to my tonsils. Its like a stabbing pain deep in my ear. As no doctors were available on xmas day,a pharmacy reccommended mybulen painkillers and aurone forte ear drops. I have been taking both but when the painkillers wear off, d pain starts again. Taking mybulen every six hours for past 24 hours. The pain is not as bad as before d ear drops and pain killers. Its only been a day, can I continue with the eardrops and mybulen for a complete cure of pain?
As per your query you have terrible pain in ear, throat and tonsils . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query , but in your case the symptoms are due to upper respiratory track infection . Sometimes upper respiratory track infection spread to ear through eustachian tube specially when it is left untreated for long time or in case of low immunity . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics ( amoxicillin or penicillin ) at least for 10 days along with decongestant and expectorant . For now do warm saline gargles and betadine gargles alternatively .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
