Any Suggestion For Lower Abdominal Pain Above Groin, Chills, Fever With Headache?
my boyfriend is complaining of severe lower abdominal pains, right above the groan. He has chills and fevers. He a slight headache. Diaherra (spelling is incorrect). He isn't able to keep anything down. He has only eaten 1 cracker and 3 smalls cups of fruit punch. Do I need to take him to the hospital?

This seems vague abdominal pain, If I would be his doctor then I would treat him with the following medicine,
1) Tab Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen three times in day\
2)Tab Chlorodiazepoxide three times in day
this will come around with these drugs and no need to worry, have nice day.
