Any Suggestion For Lump On Head, Severe Headache And Pain In Neck/jaw?

My neck and jaw hurt, day after hitting back of my head falling on ice, vomited twice. I have a golf ball size lump on my head, but it has gone down, severe headache doesn t go away after taking several Tylenol what should I do. I don t want to burden the medical system Thank you

Hello
It seems from the history that you had a injury after falling on ice and you are having headache, vomiting and lump on the head.
The lump on the head is because of hematoma or collection of blood in the layers of scalp as a result of injury.
The symptoms of headache and vomiting following head injury needs to be evaluated as these can be because of raised intra cranial tension secondary to brain injury. Hence you need to consult your doctor to rule out head injury.
