Any Suggestion For Only Mammary Artery Functioning To Supply Blood To Heart?

After having bypass (5) surgery 25 years ago, heart attach about 10 years ago and last week, I learned that four of the bypasses are now blocked, only the mammary artery is functioning to provide blood to the heart. They say it is pristine and shows no problem. Using percentages, how much blood supply would you think is being delivered to the heart now.
