Any Suggestion For Severe Headache, Migraine, Sore In Neck And Shoulder Pain?

i had a really bad headache last week, it came on sudden, and than a few days ago i had throbbing on the top of my head, than today i had a migraine which when my husband rubbed my neck it started to get better, but now my neck is real sore and my shoulders are hurting

Pain in the neck and shoulders can accompany headaches particularly if there is a tension aspect to the headache.

If you are using migraine specific migraine medications such as the triptans, it may not have a significant relieving effect on the neck/shoulder but if you using other pain killers they may be of some help.If you experience migraines often you may want to consider the use of prophylactic migraine medications.
These are medications that reduce the frequency of migraines.

The massaging would help because pain in those areas, when it is with a headache, is often related to tension in the muscles.
