Any Suggestion For Suffering From Chiari Malformation?

I was diagnosed 3 years ago with a Chiari 1 malformation. No action was taken. I believe it may have occurred from swelling in my brain after taking Cymbalta or Lexapro. Have you ever heard of this? Should I have another MRI done to check the Chiari? I have had fibromyalgia all my life, and many other symptoms, but I do not have headaches or pain in my neck orshoulders.
