Any Suggestion For Swelling In Upper Back And Pain In Chest?
Hi - my brother fall from the roof of an outhouse and the brunt of the force impacted on his upper back, around the left shoulder blade. He seems OK but has a swelling at that point on his back and feels moderate pain in his chest. He is taking ibprofen to manage the pain - is there anything else we should do?

I had gone through the case and found that it might be brusies of tissue .
Take ibobrufen with apply muscle relaxant gel.
Avoid to lift heavy weight. Take rest and it will be better.
