Any Suggestion For Trouble Sleeping At Night?

Hi there,I have trouble sleeping at night so i take one 5mg nitrazepam ,I dont like taking it because of the addiction involved. I was wondering if there was a natural substitute i can take instead that has the same effect i can buy over the counter.Thank you

I understand that you have been having sleep problems for which you are taking Nitrazepam. Like you have rightly mentioned, taking benzodiazeoine sedatives like Nitrazepam over a prolonged period of time can have a risk of dependency or addiction.

There are several so-called 'natural' supplements available over the counter, but their composiyion and effects are not scientifically researched. So, it may not be a good idea to take them regularly. If you would like to come off medication, I would suggest that you reduce the dose very graduall while practicing good sleep hygiene techniques. This will help you come off the medication smoothly.
