Hello
Welcome to HCM.
Epigastric pain for two years is suggestive of gastroesophageal reflux disease - GERD, also could be caused by stomach or duodenal ulcerations or gastritis.
The report you are presenting is a report of so called upper endoscopy - EGD = Esphago gastro duodenoscopy. The report states that your esophagus and duodenum are normal, but the muscle between esophagus and Stomach is loose - not tight - so it does not prevent the corrosive acid from the stomach from entering the esophagus. This will cause your symptoms of GERD.

The treatment includes dietary modifications: avoiding spicy foods, alcohol
avioding smoking
not eating late into the evening before going to sleep
keeping the head of the bed elevated/ on pillows
medication treatment for GERD includes so called H2 blockers and proton pump inhibitors like omeprazole or lansoprazole - some of them are available over the counter.
If your symptoms persist after these modifications, you should consult with your doctor.
Hope I answered your question.
If you need additional information I will clarify further.
Regards and best of health.
