Are Ebexid & Obimet Safe Drugs For Weight Loss?

docter has prescribed me to take Ebexid, obimet 500mg,b complex ,cobadex to reduce weight.Is it safe? I dont hv any health issues like thyroid,sugar,etc.I am 36 yrs. old and mother of two kids .my height is 5ft 2 inches and my weight is 67kg. I am slightly overweight .
