Are Ensure Immunity Drinks Safe To Drink?
Hi, I'm a 23 year old female with a strong fear of swallowing any sort and any size of pills. My doctor has recommended that I take multivitamin supplements and most of the adult ones are in pill form. So I bought the Ensure Immunity drinks. Is this fine? Is there anything I should know about the drinks? I plan on drinking one bottle a day.
