Hi,

Yes, both are safe hence advisable during pregnancy. Myfol (methylfolate) tablet is commonly prescribed during pregnancy to prevent anemia due to folic acid. It is not useful in supplementing iron or zinc. Based on the findings on your nails, I recommend iron supplements (ferrous sulfate) along with Myfol to prevent iron deficiency anemia as well. Duphastan is progesterone (female hormone) commonly prescribed to support and maintain a normal pregnancy to prevent miscarriages.
It is considered to be safe during pregnancy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali, General & Family Physician
