Your T3 levels and T4 levels are lower than what are expected in your 14th week of your pregnancy. Also the TSH is higher than expected. It indicates that your body is unable to provide for the required levels of thyroid hormones. It is imperative that the thyroid hormone levels be maintained, specially in early pregnancy. In my opinion you should visit your physician immediately and start thyroid replacement therapy. The goal of the treatment should be to achieve a TSH value between 1 and 2.
Hope the answer helped.
