No ureteral or bladder calculi demonstrated. There is a probable renal cyst right kidney upper pole. There is a congenital variant of elongation of the left lobe liver with the liver otherwise normal in appearance. The spleen, pancreas, and the adrenal glands are normal. Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

The ultrasound abdomen shows presence of stones in kidney which are currently not causing any kind of obstruction. In addition, there is presence of cyst in right kidney. As long as the cyst is asymptomatic, there is nothing to worry.

The uterus shows a benign growth which is pedunculated or which has a stalk. If the pedunculated fibroid remains asymptomatic, there is nothing to worry. If symptoms like pain, bleeding etc occur, the fibroid may have to be removed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shailja Puri , Pathologist and Microbiologist
