Are Abdominal Cramps And Diarrhea Symptoms Of Food Poisoning?
I started having stomach cramps yesterday which followed by diarrhea then i brief time of vomiting. My body flushed out everything. I have a low grade fever-99. I can now hold down water and crackers and have stopped cramping, vomiting and no diarrhea. Still having trouble eating and feel week. Is this food poisoning?

Your symptoms may be due to food poisoning or viral or bacterial gastroenteritis or dysentery or food intolerance etcetera. Take plenty of liquid diets, avoid spicy food and alcohol avoid smoking. Use probiotics twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
