Are Abdominal Cramps And Weight Gain Signs Of Pregnancy?

me and my gf had unprotected sex but i didnt cum inside, since i thought we were not going to have sex again i didnt cleen up. but we had sex again after bout 45 min but again i didnt cum inside but i hadnt cleened up the last time. we were very worried but she had her first period and not miss it but now she has cramps on her lower abdomen mostly right side sometimes and gained a a little weight and she has always been on under diet for as long as she can remember, she also sometimes faints and has low blood preassure due to under diet. i couldnt let her take a pregnency test as she didnt miss her period. could she have had viginal bleeding instead of her period?? she told me that she had exact same pain she has durring all her past periods. then i did 2 home urine tests and both showed negetive and the next day she had her periods, but she had sore brests and lower abdomen pain, she recently had fever and went to see a doctor coz her head was spinning and she was vomiting and couldnt eat anything, after check up the doctor told that her liver size had grown and that was the reason for the pain. can she still be pregnent?? please help
