Are Acid Reflux And Abdominal Bloating Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

I was on depo I got off in March. I was having regular periods at first then the last 2 months my period was very short. like 3 days an brown not red. now I have really bad acid reflux to the point where I get nausea an I feel really bloated could I be pregnant? or is this normal or what does this mean

Hello Dear. You might be having gastritis or acid refulx. Its not possible to coment on pregnancy unless you get a urine pregnancy test or ultra sound abdomen. For gastritis here are few tips

1. Do not eat spicy food
2. Take medications - pantop/omez or rantac
3. Take little food at frequent intervals. Breakfast around 8am, small snack at 11am, lunch at 1pm, small snack at 4pm and dinner at 8pm
4. Drink plenty of water
5. Do not smoke, take alcohol or tobacco and even excess of coffee and tea
6. Do not take much of stress. Stress aggravates gastritis
7. Do regular exercise. Atleast half an hour per day
8. Learn meditation techniques
9. Follow this regularly for 21 days. It is said that anything you practice regularly for 21 days becomes a habit
