Are Blood In Stools And Painful Bowel Movements Suggestive Of Piles?

I defecate stool with blood and have lots of pain, don’t know is it a piles or other things i am having this for long times nearly 7 to 8 years i have tried many medicine, it get stops for few days or month, but the lump is always there , it return back with bleeding stool and paid, I do manage the constipitaton by taking very simple diet and at beditime I used to take hotmilk, or curd or some kind of laxative, it has become a mania that if I don’t take next morning I will be having problem with defecate, presently it appear again with great pain and taking combiflam for pain, and uses pilex and hadensa ointment a alternatively, so that the lump doesn’t have friction. Few days back I took BC17 that gives me relief from pain and makes my stool soft, but that too get relief of week to a month and reappear again, please suggest what shall I do???

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the bleeding per rectum at the time of defecation then it could be due to hemorrhoid this is the common condition seen but it can not be taken as granted still the case being diagnosed and for that you need to go for some investigation among these clinical examination is must till then you can manage the condition on conservatively, drink more water, have fibber diet, vitamin c can be tried, stiz bath can also be tried hope this information helps
