Are Catarrh Buildup In Throat, Stomach Pain And Breathing Difficulty Caused By Hernia?

Yes, just wanted to check whether the following symptoms are indicative of hiatus hernia: catarrh build up at back of throat, initially pain in upper stomach. But, then, travelled down to lower stomach. Some discomfort now for 10 days. Have tried lifestyle measures: not eating 4 hours before bed, avoiding spicy and certain foods but hasn t gone away. Also have been experiencing difficulty breathing at nigh: wake up in panic at not being able to breathe, think am having heart attack, that sort of thing. Other symptoms that may be unrelated: headache (right hand side) and v. clear urine
