Are Congestion, cough And Buzzing Of Ears Are Sign Of Sinus Infection?

I have congestion, cough and for two days a loud buzzing in both ears which has now turned into everything sounding robotic... I have been taking sudafed and using nasal spray but its not getting any better? Could it be a sinus infection? I do have Ménière's disease but what's going on is not from that.

hi, you probably had middle ear infection that has spread from your pharynx and sinuses through your eustachian tube. you need right antibiotic for that. i would recommend amoxyclav 625 twice a day fro my patients as it has got excellent sinus penetration. you may use desloratidine 10 mg per day instead of sudafed. warm water sips will help. hope this helped.
