Are Creatinine, AlT And AST Levels Of 1.26, 63 And 49 Normal?

Hello, I have a diabetes (type 1 insulin dependent) I train in gym really hard to gain muscles and my blood test show spike in: Creatinine = 1.26 ALT GPT) = 63 AST (GOT) = 49 CK = 635 They are not in range for over a year... Should I worry about this numbers, or their levels are no so high and maybe a result of muscle tissue damages caused by hard training ? Thanks.

Hi,
Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. The creatinine increase is due to your gym classes. More muscles, more exercise will mean more creatinine.
2. ALT and AST is elevated. Importantly ALT is elevated, check if you taking any alcohol or any other medications involved in body building etc.
3. Increased AST could be due to muscle damage, however, ALT increase is very specific to liver.
Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
