Are Delayed Periods Early Signs Of Pregnancy?

i already had one medical abortion tablet last year (July 2010) i was bleeding for 5days with cramp and "WITH CLOTS" and my next consecutive period was late by 2weeks and doctor said i will get it late only and same way i got my periods late... then again i had medical abortion tablet this year on October 29th and i was bleeding for 4days with cramp and "WITHOUT CLOTS".. till now it is 6weeks 3days (45days) from my abortion date still i did not get my next consecutive period.. and yesterday i had severe stomach pain and pain in my vagina (like i was about to get period) {and now also i have pain} but i did not get period.. when will i get my period? is that my abortion not completely done? or what? help me??????

Hello,

As you have delayed period that can be due to many causes to conform you had clear abortion and nothing is left you should have an ultrasound because if anything left it will cause infection and lead to pain. Other thing have UPT to check of you are pregnant which can be cause of delayed periods. Delayed period can be due to hormonal imbalance.
