Are Dizziness And Pain In The Throat Post Exposure To Spray Paint A Concern?

Hi, I used enamel spray paint for a period of an hour inside today, but mostly in an area with an outside door open. I was thinking about protecting myself from fumes that might hurt my CNS, but did not think about my lungs. I was not wearing a mask and afterwards noted the paint coating my nose hairs. I never felt dizzy and later had a brief mild headache, but now my throat hurts (6 hours later) and I am worried about my lungs. What do you think?

you are sensitive to smell of enamel spray so avoid it. maintain hydration can take tablet levocetrizine 5mg.take symptomatic treatment like tab paracetamol for headache. go out to open air and breathin fresh air.
