Are Econorm Sachets Or Metrogyl Recommended For Loose Motion Of A 8 Month Baby?
hi, my daughter is 8 months old. She is suffering from loose motions and temperature of around 100 DegF. We are giving her crocin drops to stop the temperature but what medicine should be given to stop the loose motions. Econorm sachets, metrogyl?? Little confused. Please help.

Econorm is antibiotic resistant bacilli used in diarrhea.
Metrogyl is used for diarrhea due to Giardia infection.
Diarrhea due to viral infection is usually self limited.
Plenty of fluids including ORS solution to prevent dehydration.
