Are Feet And Ankle Swelling A Symptom Of Foot Drop?
I have a drop left foot. My foot and ankle swell up a lot. I have been told that it will take a year or more for the sciatic nerve to heal. In the mean time I m doing exercises and low level laser light therapy. I wear a carbon brace which had to be adjusted because it caused a Taylor bunion. What else can I do to help the swelling in my ankle and foot?
