Stents sometimes causes mechanical breakdown of red blood cells leading to anemia and the symptoms you have are of the same reason. Another reason may be blockage of cardiac blood vessels once again at the same sites where you have stents already in place and in this case heart is not working optimally to deliver blood efficiently and symptoms of Ischemia. There may also be blockage of some new blood vessels. I preferably refer you to a cardiologist for complete evaluation of the cause of your symptoms and cardiac functions status.
