Are Headaches And Red Eyes Side Effects Of Taking Ciprofloxacin HCL 250?
Hello. I just start taking ciprofloxacin HCL 250, yesterday, for bladder infection, and this morning, but I got a really really bad headache and red eyes, almost like pink eye but in both eyes, and headache all infront of my face. I never had this reaction before, this could be a reaction to the medication?

It is not related to Ciprofloxacin. The symptoms are consistent with common causes like a migraine or a tension headache, as first-line management, you can try analgesics like aceclofenac or tramadol for pain relief.
