Are Itchy Bumps On The Groin, Before And After Oral Sex Worrisome?

Hi,I have developed an itch that has been with me for a few months, the symptoms are as follows:- my inner thighs/particularly around genital area have darkened and are quite itchy- I have recently developed two clusters of tiny bumps that are itchy too, they do not look like blisters This condition has been with me for a long period, I have received unprotected oral sex for four times over the past two months, but the condition has been present before that.Should I be worried?

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to fungal infections (caused by dermatophytes/tinea cruris), STD infections.
I would suggest to consult dermatologist and undergo clinical examination, KOH mount, STD screening test to confirm cause.
Following treatment will help you
Tablet terfinadine
Application of clotrimazole ointment
Tablet levocetrizine at bed time
Wear pure cotton loose inner and avoid sweats
Keep area clean and dry
For STD infections:
Tablet doxycycline for 2 week covers all type of infections

Avoid stress, take healthy diet, drink plenty of water, use safe sex practice.
