Are Itchy, Clear Liquid Oozing Pimples On Penis Post Sex Indicative Of STD?

Hi I had sexual intercourse with a girl about two weeks ago and she had a weird smell to her. In the past week I notice what looked to be a pimple on my penis so I popped it. Clear fluid came out and the next morning there was 5 or 6 more of these pimples. They re very small in size but they itch really bad... Is this an std or a rash I can get rid of?

I really appreciate your concern, once the history of coitus is there then it could be STD although without clinical examination and test nothing can be said for sure but care needs to be taken and better to get done the test, hope this information helps.
