My dad is 76 and complaining of joint pains and a pain in his neck. A few weeks back his knee swelled up. His doc said it is osteoarthritis. My dad was diagnosed with parkinsons but he is also on Avodart. I have read a lot of articles on joint pain being a side effect of Avodart even though it is not listed on their side effects on the medication. Do you think this could be causing it??
