Costochondritis can not cause
shortness of breath.
So I don't think you are having costochondritis.
Possibility of either
lung infection or bronchitis is more.
Because in both these conditions cough,
chest pain, dizziness, shortness of breath are seen.
So better to
consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system, chest x ray and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
Chest x ray is needed to rule out lung infection.
PFT is needed for the diagnosis of bronchitis.
You may need antibiotics, antihistamines, inhaled bronchodilators and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS).
So better to first diagnose yourself and then start appropriate treatment.
Costochondritis is unlikely in your case.
