General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi..your symptoms fit into premenstrual syndrome which is usually due to hormonal changes which occur prior to menses. But if the abdominal pain and low backache is very severe in intensity, it could be due to other causes such as uterine fibroids or endometriosis which may require medical or surgical management. you may use spasmolytic drugs like buscopan for pain relief. U need an ultrasound abdomen done to rule out the above mentioned causes if there is no response. All the best.
