Are Lumps On The Face And Shingles Related To Lupus?

I have small fluid filled bumps on my face and neck. They almost look like chicken pox.Sometime they look like a blood blister. I have had shingles running from my hairline, down my left shoulder. I also have lupus. Is any of this related? and what can I do? When they do rupture they look like a pox mark. Scab over then go away.
