Are Lumps On The Penis Shaft A Symptom Of STD?

I had 3 bumps on the shaft of my penis, they appeared to be pimples so I popped them, I have not had any symptoms no burning when I pee or any other thing that might suggest I have an std besides the 3 bumps. Now that they are popped they have all scabbed over, I was just wondering do you think it could be an std?

Hello dear
Understand your concern.
Yes lump on the penis may be due to STDs.
But should be confirm by testing.

Other causes of your problem:
1. Fordyce spots
2. Pearly papules
3. Ingrown hair
4. Hygiene problem
5. Balanitis:
Thrush, psoriasis, skin sensitivity or allergy to a product used on the penis
6. overuse - as in too frequent, too long or too rough sexual activity

Take following advice.
- Showering after a workout, changing underwear, using a clean towel to dry off with and not redressing until the area is completely dry
- Use Man 1 Man Oil-contain with vitamins, minerals and shea butter
- Do dressing with betadine
- Keep the area dry and clean
- Apply neomycin cream to prevent infection

You can also take antibiotics: cefixime

If not responds, consult the doctor and do testing like: cell culture, ELISA , NAAT, serology test for STDs.
