Are Missing Period, Nausea, Diarrhea, Lower Back Pain And Gurgling In Stomach Symptoms Or Pregnancy?

I haven't gotten my period for the month. I'm actually 15 dpo and 3 days late . I've never missed a period before. I get very nauseous and diarrhea as well as lower back pain a weird feeling/ gurgling in my stomach and my left butt cheek hurts ! Am I Pregnant?

Just by symptoms we cannot come to one conclusion regarding pregnancy.
Vomitings and diarrhea can be seen due to gastroenteritis also.
So, better to go for confirmative test.
Once go for urine test for pregnancy.
If the test comes negative, the possibility of pregnancy is less.
You consult gynecologist once and go for ultrasound.
Ultrasound helps in ruling out the possibility of pregnancy and also helps in finding out the possible cause for your delayed periods.
With your doctor's advice once check for blood sugar levels, thyroid profile.
By examination and investigations the possible cause for your problem can be identified and treated.
